PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITION
Carry out measurements and advise team members during all stages of the construction project thru direct survey and layout support.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
A. Set up and Operate Trimble GPS equipment
1. Base station
2. SCS 900 software
3. GCS 900
4. Laser level
B. Proper care, cleaning and use of surveying tools and equipment
C. Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis
D. Basic surveying computation and plan reading ability
E. Survey note taking
F. Survey existing conditions of proposed work sites
G. Guide new construction work through layout
H. Verify locations of structures

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A. Related construction experience is required
B. CTS level 1 or equivalent is preferred but not required
